∎ We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our Cumilla, Bangladesh office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for confirming orders, following up on undelivered orders, arranging re-deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires effective communication with both customers and courier services.
∎ *Key Responsibilities:*
∎ • Confirm customer orders and ensure accuracy in order details.
∎ • Follow up on undelivered orders by contacting customers via phone calls.
∎ • Coordinate with courier services and customers to rearrange deliveries.
∎ • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order statuses using Google Sheets.
∎ • Send professional and timely emails to customers and couriers as needed.
∎ • Provide exemplary customer service to all customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
∎ *Requirements:*
∎ • Must be female and based in Cumilla, Bangladesh.
∎ • Proficiency in operating computers and using Google Sheets.
∎ • Strong ability to compose and send professional emails.
∎ • Fluent in English, with the ability to understand Hindi.
∎ • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
