Job Summary: Chick ‘N Crunch is looking for a friendly and professional Waiter/Crew to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food service industry and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. The Waiter will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and present menus.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure that tables are set and clean before guests arrive.
• Attend to guests' needs during their dining experience, including refilling drinks and addressing any issues or requests.
• Process payments and provide accurate change or credit card receipts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area and service stations.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
