Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Arts (MA) in English

Job Responsibilities:
∎ - Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner.
∎ - Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
∎ - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
∎ - Collaborate with other departments such as Sales and Logistics to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
∎ - Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets to maintain customer records.
∎ - Provide feedback to the management team on customer issues and trends.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Requirements:
∎ - Must be fluent in English spoken and Hindi.
∎ - Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize with customers.
∎ - Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
∎ - Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
