∎ Skills Required: Customer Care, Customer Handling, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Excellent communication skills MS Word Excel PowerPoint, Self motivated, Strong communication skills , Team player
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Care, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Service

Garments, Garments Accessories

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Properly follow-up production and delivery as per buyer's requirements.
∎ Properly record customer complain and solve accordingly.
∎ Have to work with marketing team and attend to all issues.
∎ Have to work closely with production team
