Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Business, Bank Management, Economics or any relevant subjects from leading business school/University. No third division in academic records.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To greet and cater smooth customer services to all customers enter into the cash service counter.
∎ To receive all sorts of cash deposits like account deposit, bill payment, remittance etc.
∎ To make Payment in due course of all sorts of open cheques over the counters.
∎ Counting, sorting and packeting of currency notes of all types of denominations as per circulars/guidelines of Bangladesh Bank.
∎ To record and maintain cash registers, vault register, counter, vault & cash transit insurance both in CBS and Manual.
∎ To maintain AML and other cash related compliance as per Regulatory Guidelines in Cash Operations.
∎ Front line services on any query from customers end.
∎ Any other work as and when assigned by the Branch Manager.
∎ Leading and development of Team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years working experience in leading commercial bank as a Branch Banker in the relevant field.
∎ Working experience in renowned Core Banking Software.
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office
∎ Work experience in any of the above locations will be given preference. Applicants needs to be very flexible and ready to work as per bank requirements.
