Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are recruiting for Customer Service Officer and Chinese Interpreter. Officer will be responsible for translating documents in Chinese-English-Chinese, verifying accuracy and interpreting verbal and written communications with passenger and customer.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ -Support to Foreign Passenger as their requirement.
∎ -Evaluates and propose cost effective measures to reduce unit cost and enhance customer service delivery.
∎ -Interpreting verbal and written communications with passenger and customer.
∎ -Maintains high standard to enhance the customer experience.
∎ -Ticket exchange, reissue and refund for passenger.
