Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide quality service to the customer over online communication (eg: email, web chat, social media) to ensure smooth operation and positive customer experience.
∎ Capture customer insights and escalate issues to other internal departments.
∎ Answering incoming call from customer and ensure instant customer satisfaction on product quality.
∎ Responsible for making outbound an follow-up calls,
∎ Respond to customer inquiries regarding product quality, Complaints and feedbacks.
∎ Maintain targeted KPI on a regular basis.
∎ Serve customers through digital channel with helping attitude and thus play a significant role in customer satisfaction, retention, and acquisition. In this way enhance daraz brand image.
∎ Maintaining high standard of service quality as per the requirement of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Very Good Typing Speed in English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and problem solving skills,
∎ Basic Computer skills and knowledge in office application.
∎ Positive service mindset with helping attitude.
∎ Flexibility.
∎ Should have the mind to work in shifting basis.
Salary: Tk. 14000 - 15000 (Monthly)
