Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow communication scripts and use knowledge of the company’s products and services to go off-script when necessary.
∎ Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
∎ Providing detailed information about prices, availability, and event details.
∎ Maintaining accurate records customer interactions.
∎ Handling customer queries.
∎ Identify and approach potential customers through various channels.Create, Build and maintain a database of leads and prospects.Support sale of products and services for current customers based on travel preferences.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Manage communications through email, social media, and other platforms.Identify opportunities for driving sales.Collaborate with the sales team to provide customer insights and strategies.Build positive relationships by going above and beyond with customer service, ensuring that all queries, cancellations, and confirmations are handled appropriately.Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to build loyalty.Collect and share customer feedback to improve products, services, and marketing efforts.Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
