Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle customer inquiries and complaints through email and phone.
∎ Provide customers with accurate information about products and services.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
∎ Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
∎ Manage customer accounts and orders.
∎ Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Negotiable based on experience.
Salary will be reviewed every 6 months.
Two Eid bonuses will be provided.
Other benefits will be discussed during the interview process.
