Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement and configure a CRM system to capture, store, and manage customer data.
∎ Develop and maintain standardized procedures for data entry, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer records.
∎ Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand data requirements and customize the CRM system to meet business needs.
∎ Import and export customer data from various sources into the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).Regularly clean and deduplicate customer data to maintain data quality and consistency.
∎ Create and maintain reports and dashboards to analyze customer data trends, track key performance metrics, and identify opportunities for business growth.
∎ Develop segmentation strategies to effectively target and personalize marketing campaigns and sales outreach efforts.
∎ Monitor CRM system performance and troubleshoot technical issues as needed, liaising with IT support or vendors for resolution.
∎ Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in CRM technology and data management.
∎ Proven experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and proficiency in CRM administration.
∎ Strong understanding of data management principles, database structures, and data privacy regulations.
∎ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
∎ Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality assurance.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
∎ Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
∎ Prior experience in the healthcare or medical equipment industry is a plus.
∎ Able to work at Night Shift (9:30 PM - 6 AM).
