Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining all file records.
∎ Respond to Client's questions professionally and courteously.
∎ Assist the visitors in meeting the intended person.
∎ Tracking sheet to CR file.
∎ Daily CR and SMS report of collection.
∎ CR report Client individual sheet & tracking sheet ready.
∎ New file information on all documents collects.
∎ New file ready and approved & client copy handover in time.
∎ New file CR information client individual sheet ready.
∎ Maintain client conversation and good communication. (Via phone, email).
∎ To have strong analytical and computer skills.
∎ Must be able to maintain a good atmosphere in the office.
∎ Deed of agreement making.
∎ Project follow-up and transportation (Maintain Vehicle requisition).
∎ Visit requisition collection and arrangement, follow-up with project officer & Marketing persons.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Customer Relationship Management or a related field from any reputed Public or Private University.
∎ Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office-*Excel, CRM software) is preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Payroll Processing, Client Management.
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
∎ Communication skills - Speak in both Bangla and English fluently.
∎ Computer Skill (must have)- (MS Office-Word, *Excel, PowerPoint, Fast Typing in both English & Bengali, Internet Browsing)
∎ CRM software, data management tools, and advanced Excel could be highly beneficial.
∎ CR Database and Software Management.
∎ Work experience on CR or Similar role.
∎ Age at least 32 to 45 years.
∎ Only males are allowed to apply.
