Responsibilities & Context: Job Context: Rural Reconstruction Foundation (RRF) is a national-level non-government organization. Since 1982, it has been implementing various development programs for the upliftment of underprivileged people, among which the microcredit program is one of the key initiatives. RRF is registered under the Department of Social Services, licensed by the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA), and operates with financial support from PKSF and commercial banks. Applications are invited online from eligible candidates for recruitment in different districts under Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Rajshahi, Rangpur, Barishal, and Mymensingh divisions. Job Responsibilities: Supervise field-level members and assist in achieving targets. Prepare and implement annual targets, budgets, and operational plans. Play a strategic role in member selection. Operate computer systems efficiently. Maintain effective communication with members. Conduct meetings and seminars as required. Perform duties as per instructions of the Branch Manager and organizational policies.
