∎ Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative manager to join our team and lead our e-commerce
∎ creative department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our visual and
∎ creative strategy across multiple digital channels, including our website, social media platforms, email
∎ marketing, and advertising campaigns. As a creative manager, you will be responsible for creating engaging and
∎ compelling content that resonates with our target audience and drives conversions.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design digital media creatives like social media post, banners, blog image, ads, info-graphics in Static
∎ and 2D/3D Motion Video format.
∎ Develop and execute a creative strategy that aligns with our brand identity and business objectives.
∎ Lead the creative team and manage the workflow to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
∎ Create and oversee the development of all creative assets, including product images, videos, website
∎ designs, social media graphics, and email templates.
∎ Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders
∎ and users
∎ Conduct user research and testing to evaluate design usability and performance and incorporate
∎ feedback into design iterations
∎ Ensure that quality/resolution of photographs/images, color mode and size of the file for
∎ implementation
∎ Experience with color theory and color relationships
∎ Maintain brand identity and design standards across all software products.
∎ Stay updated on current design trends and best practices
∎ Conduct user research and testing to evaluate your designs' usability and performance and incorporate
∎ feedback into your design iterations.
∎ Transform ideas into creative visual
∎ Regular maintenance and updating of digital product inventory (Images)
∎ Generating innovative ideas and concepts of various promotional tools
∎ Technical skills to review and ensure that all files are either print-ready or optimized for web
∎ Experience with color theory and color relationships, combining typography, utilizing typographic
∎ terms, and using perspective and space relationship in design.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all creative projects meet business objectives and are aligned
∎ with brand guidelines.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our creative strategy is innovative and
∎ relevant.
∎ Analyze performance data and adjust the creative strategy as necessary to optimize engagement and conversion
∎ rates.
∎ Able to work with the Adobe Suite. Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
∎ Have an open mindset to learn and accept the new trends in the industry.
∎ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 40 years
∎ At least 3 years of experience in a creative role, with a focus on e-commerce and digital marketing.
∎ Proven experience leading and managing a creative team.
∎ Strong creative skills with an eye for detail and a passion for design.
∎ Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
