∎ Experience: We prioritize creativity and practical design skills over formal academic qualifications. However, prior experience in graphic design is highly valued. Candidates with at least 2 to 4 years of experience in graphic design, particularly in dynamic environments such as corporate offices, marketing agencies, E-commerce, or FMCG industries, are preferred. Experience in designing for multiple platforms (social media, print, digital) and familiarity with brand consistency and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) is highly desirable.
∎ Excellent and advanced knowledge on adobe photoshop, illustrator and other graphics related software.
∎ Excellent knowledge in visualization of products & packaging.
∎ Design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media platforms, including social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, and marketing materials.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Must have good knowledge of packet design, and social media ad design.
∎ Packet material designers will be given priority.
∎ Must have a good portfolio.

∎ Develop and execute creative visual concepts for a wide range of FMCG projects, Packaging, including E-commerce, digital ads, websites, social media assets, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques.
∎ Create layouts, illustrations, typography, and other graphic elements for both print and digital media.
∎ Optimize designs for different formats, ensuring the highest quality across all channels (web, social media, mobile, print, etc.).
∎ Develop brand assets, marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content.
∎ Create graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social media ads, and Google Ads banners.
∎ Design advertisements for local media to promote the center's services.
∎ Work closely with branding teams to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns.
∎ Prepare multiple design projects with an attention to detail and deadlines.
