Educational Requirements:
∎ Master or Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or any suitable discipline
∎ Skills Required: Attention to detail, Branding and typography, Color Sense, Color Theory, creativity and innovation
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working with product teams to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns and marketing communications.
∎ Conceiving and implementing concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and overseeing them to completion.
∎ Managing the act of design from conception to delivery - be it graphic content, illustrations, or infographics.
∎ Reviewing junior designer drafts to ensure quality.
∎ Ensuring cross media brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
∎ Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media.
∎ Working with marketing and brand teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design.
∎ Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
∎ Staying up to date on the latest design techniques including but not limited to AI generated graphic design.
∎ Other conceptual tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, branding, graphics design, logo design, motion graphics, video editing, video editor graphics designer
∎ Applicants preferably should have experience in one or more of the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Architectural Firm, E-commerce, Interior Design, Industrial Design, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Salary: Tk. 75000 (Monthly)
