Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating illustrations and designing graphics for our products in digital medium.
∎ Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
∎ Brainstorm content ideas with the team and pursue good ideas based on data, strategy and best practices
∎ Translating research findings into creative designs that are easy for multiple stakeholders/teams to understand
∎ Detail oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to Generate Ideas and Make Initial Drafts (Pencil Sketch), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Creating Visualization, Skillful in Using a Graphics Tablet (Preferred- Wacom, Huion), Graphics Designing.
∎ Excellent design skills, including the effective use of color Developing and implementing marketing & creative promotional content.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Based on experience
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Provident fund, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Working : 8-hour shift (9 AM - 5 PM), Weekend: Friday, Saturday
