1. Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of the organization within the country.

2. Develop and implement country-level business plans aligned with global/company objectives.

3. Oversee all departments including finance, administration, operations, HR, compliance, and logistics.

4. Ensure full compliance with local laws, government regulations, and licensing requirements.

5. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, reporting, and profitability.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and key stakeholders.

7. Represent the organization in high-level meetings, negotiations, and external engagements.

8. Monitor and evaluate organizational performance, ensuring achievement of targets and KPIs.

9. Lead, mentor, and develop senior management and staff to enhance organizational capacity.

10. Ensure proper implementation of corporate policies, governance standards, and risk management practices.

11. Oversee import/export activities, supply chain, and logistics operations (if applicable).

12. Supervise legal matters, documentation, and ensure all certifications and compliance requirements are up to date.

13. Drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and expand market presence.

14. Ensure effective communication between headquarters and country office.

15. Maintain high standards of ethics, integrity, and organizational culture.
