Job Description

Universal Education is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Student Counsellor with strong expertise in Malaysia, Malta, Greece and European visa processing. The ideal candidate will also take on a Team Lead role, managing consultants and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide detailed information to prospective students regarding study opportunities in destinations like Malaysia, Malta and Greece.

• Assess client profiles and provide accurate visa guidance and eligibility advice

• Evaluate student profiles to recommend the most suitable universities and courses.

• Review and prepare visa documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy

• Lead, train, and support a team of visa consultants

• Monitor team performance and maintain service quality standards

• Coordinate with internal teams, embassies, and external stakeholders

• Ensure timely submission and follow-up of visa applications
  
  

Requirements

• 3–4 years of proven experience in visa and immigration processing

• Strong expertise in UK, Australia, New Zealand, and European visas

• Prior experience as a Team Lead or Senior Consultant preferred

• In-depth knowledge of visa documentation, compliance, and procedures

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

• Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
