Responsibilities & Context:
Provide accurate advice to clients regarding visa processing.
Handle customer calls and respond to client inquiries via Facebook, WhatsApp and other communication platforms.
Maintain professional relationships with clients based on trust and transparency and follow up as needed.
Soft-spoken, professional attitude and a good listener.
Ability to speak clearly and fluently in Bengali and basic English.
Ability to build client confidence, mentally strong to work under pressure and able to calmly handle angry or stressed clients.
Proficient in computer use (MS Word, Photoshop, and basic video editing).
Offer visa counseling and pre-departure guidance tailored to each client’s destination and needs.
Maintain accurate records and ensure the confidentiality of all client data
Handle complex or rejected visa cases by offering personalized solutions and alternative options
