Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology and Counseling Psychology from any reputed University.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide client admission information
∎ To Assess client according to the format; Fill in counselor record forms and maintain client files.
∎ To conduct CBT, Outdoor and indoor individual counseling, Clients family counseling and psychosocial sessions.
∎ To prepare & ensure to implement the treatment plan.
∎ To support to resolve crisis.
∎ To maintain close coordination with psychiatrist and provide psychological support to the clients.
∎ To select Case, prepare case study & keep records, maintain properly.
∎ To address psychological, physical, social and spiritual needs and presenting problem of the clients & assist in the clinical activities;
∎ To monitor clients’ progress and adjust the rehabilitation or treatment plan as necessary.
∎ To set up treatment and aftercare plans.
∎ To conduct session at family meeting and family group counseling program and case conference with the support of Case Manager.
∎ To ensure to keep confidentiality of the clients and capacity building of professionalism of program staff and ensure the center is a safe place for the clients.
∎ To maintain all Ethics of the center.
∎ To maintain quality service by following organization’s standards
∎ To must abide by the Safe Guarding Policy including Gender, PSEA, Child Protection and Anti Harassment Policy, Code of Conduct and other policies of DAM consciously.
∎ To perform any other task time to time given by the authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years of work experience in mental health counseling, drug treatment and rehabilitation treatment centers.
∎ Especially on in counseling or psychotherapy, particularly drug users along with mental disorders patients.
∎ The candidate who has completed Universal Treatment Curriculum (UTC) training and ICAP will consider specifically.
∎ Special Training on CBT, Family Therapy, DBT will be given preference.
∎ Effective interpersonal communication skill.
∎ Operational decision-making.
∎ Have to be stress tolerance.
∎ Application must have COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
∎ Age at most 45 Years (Age may be considered for experienced candidate).
