Educational Requirements:
∎ University degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Behavioral Science, and Anthropology.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform the activities of counseling.
∎ Prepare the monthly counseling report and progress reports.
∎ Provide general counseling (individual or group counseling), advice and support to targeted beneficiaries on a range of personal issues of concern, including sexualities, sexual health orientation, gender identification, psycho-sexual issues, marriage and children.
∎ Provide counseling assistance in regard to personal risk assessments, safer sex behaviors, partner notification and any related issues for those attending the counseling session.
∎ Provide pre and posttest counseling.
∎ Provide an opportunity and environment for clients to ask their own questions and voice anxieties in a relaxed, informal and non-judgmental atmosphere.
∎ Assess whether clients may have other problems, which need specialist attention and refer as required.
∎ Maintain all necessary documents and recall system for those clients who may need follow-up.
∎ Respond to help line phone calls and keep proper records of that.
∎ Maintain confidentiality and security of client information at all times.
∎ Analyze the reasons for increase or decrease in the client flow
∎ Maintain proper record of client, maintain Visitor's log and ensure all visitor have his refreshment.
∎ Maintain Pre & Post Counselling Test using standard formats.
∎ Identify affected people’s service needs and refer them accordingly to appropriate service providers including GBV survivors.
∎ Provide GBV response services to survivors following case management global guidelines and maintain intake forms and other procedures as per.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 0-2 years. Minimum working knowledge of GBV, Mental Health Counselling in the Rohingya Context would be given preference. NGO/ Other Services.
∎ Cox's Bazar (Leda)

Salary: Tk. 36776 (Monthly)
