Provide preliminary counseling to students regarding available services
Receive and manage phone calls, and provide primary information to clients
Maintain and update client records (phone calls, social media platforms, and other communication channels)
Prepare and organize job-related documents and necessary paperwork
Perform other official tasks as assigned by management
