Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain and analyze cost accounting records for raw materials, labor, and overhead.
∎ Prepare monthly cost reports, variance analysis and inventory reconciliation.
∎ Monitor production expenses and ensure proper allocation and cost absorption.
∎ Conduct monthly and annual stock takes; investigate discrepancies.
∎ Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for the factory.
∎ Assist in improving internal controls and cost optimization initiatives.
∎ Liaise with production, warehouse, and procurement departments for data validation.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and local accounting standards.
