Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain and analyze cost accounting records for raw materials, labor, and overhead.
Prepare monthly cost reports, variance analysis and inventory reconciliation.
Monitor production expenses and ensure proper allocation and cost absorption.
Conduct monthly and annual stock takes; investigate discrepancies.
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for the factory.
Assist in improving internal controls and cost optimization initiatives.
Liaise with production, warehouse, and procurement departments for data validation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local accounting standards.
