Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced Copywriter & Content Strategist who understands marketing, sales psychology, and digital content performance. This role is not limited to writing only. You will be responsible for creating ad copies, video scripts, articles, and content ideas that directly support our marketing and sales goals for online and offline IT training programs.
You will work closely with the digital marketing and creative teams to ensure that every piece of content is clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Ad Copywriting
- Write high-converting Bangla-focused ad copies for Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads
- Create persuasive sales copies for course launches, bootcamps, workshops, and offers
- Develop strong headlines, hooks, body copy, and clear CTAs based on audience psychology
Video Script Writing (With Content-Level Direction)
- Write scripts for short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, Ads) and long-form videos (YouTube, promos)
- Provide basic shooting and presentation direction inside the script, such as:
- Scene or shot suggestions (talking head, product, screen recording)
- Mood, tone, and delivery guidance
- Hook placement and CTA flow
- Ensure message clarity and storytelling, not responsible for technical filming or cinematography
Content Writing & Articles
- Write SEO Friendly website content, landing pages, blog articles, and course descriptions
- Simplify complex IT or training topics into clear, engaging, and persuasive content
- Prioritize Bangla content while supporting English writing when required
Content Ideas & Strategy
- Generate content ideas for ads, videos, posts, and campaigns
- Align content ideas with audience pain points, objections, and business goals
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the digital marketing team
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with ads managers, designers, and marketing strategists
- Refine copies based on performance data, feedback, and campaign goals
