Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administrative:
∎ Maintaining official communication with key internal and external stakeholders, including BBS academic administrators, faculty members, international university partner(s), industry partners, regulators, and potential accreditation agency officials
∎ Planning, designing and executing, in collaboration with academic administrators and other internal and external stakeholders, "Assurance of Learning" scheme as deemed appropriate from BBS strategic plan and accreditation activities
∎ Conducting surveys, focus groups and other data collection activities among students, faculty members, key industry players, and other stakeholders on the strategic planning and implementation of quality assurance of BBS courses in terms of teaching and learning and of the overall educational experience of the learners of BBS programs
∎ Maintaining adequate documentation (including minutes of meetings and maintaining records per quality assurance scheme and others)
∎ Supporting the Dean of BBS and/or any other senior academic administrator responsible for the success of programs, or any other academic, as recommended by theme
∎ Carrying out necessary activities on AACSB/EFMD/EDAF/BAC accreditation standards that pertain to students, curriculum, assurance of learning, faculty, and others
∎ Academic: Teaching responsibility- one 3 credit hour course per trimester

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a leading business school, preferably at the rank of Senior Lecturer/Assistant Professor
∎ Knowledge of and experience with assurance of learning/quality assurance of teaching and learning, satisfactory learners' experience in higher education, and accreditation
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bangla
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and the use of Internet
∎ Experience of using initiative and creativity to resolve problems, identifying suitable solutions and opportunities for improvement
∎ Methodical approach to work and high level of attention to detail
∎ Ability to work collaboratively across departments and service areas
