Our deployment has spread all over the country in 64 districts where almost 5000 highly trained guards are carrying the flag of SSSL. The field Inspectors and Supervisors are carefully selected from the panel of retired armed forces and paramilitary forces mid-level leaders. By the year 2005 SSSL has emerged as one of the biggest security service providers in the country and currently working as a security vendor for big national multinational business houses.
∎ We are looking for qualified, dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated personnel for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have good communication skill (speaking & writing) in English and Chainless Language (Mandatory).
∎ Chinese Female Citizen staying in Bangladesh also encourage to Apply.
∎ Ready to travel anywhere in the country or abroad due to business requirement as and when required.
∎ Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office and using of ERP software
∎ Dealing with Corporate clients and maintaining healthy relationship on behalf of the management.
∎ Maintain and assist the Managing Director, participating in every corporate level business or management meetings in and out of office as and when required, prepare meeting minutes and coordinate with the respective clients or department.
∎ Capable to maintain all official correspondence with Govt. / Semi - Govt. agencies/ business entities and financial institutes / organization.
∎ Maintain MD's Secretariat and coordinate with the respective dept. or dept. head and branch head for effective business solution and day-to-day activities of SSSL.
∎ Compile different reports, summarize and submit it to the Managing Director as per the requirement and proper records keeping.
∎ To provide required administrative support of any business related issues and maintain all day to day official correspondence.
∎ Keeping records in proper manner for all kinds of official's correspondence, all clients' files and any other business related files.
∎ To provide administrative support and handling of confidential business issues.
∎ Monitor the implementation of tasks of Branches, especially coordinating with the branch-in-charges from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
