∎ Maintain appointments, update, e-calendar regularly, check attendance and arrange meetings, conference, workshops in collaboration with others (internal and external) as per Managing Directors plan and occasionally traveling with Managing Director to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations attend meetings and keep minutes.
∎ Prepare speech, dialogue, presentation for MD's as per requirement.
∎ Arranging visits, logistics, international travels, visas and accommodation according to Managing Director's plan.
∎ Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
∎ Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
∎ Make travel arrangements; handle con?dential documents ensuring they remain secure.
∎ Prepare invoices or ?nancial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping.
∎ Monitor of?ce supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders.
∎ Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
∎ Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
∎ Perform Duties assigned by the management.
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 years' working experience as Executive Assistant/Strategic Assistant.
∎ Females are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent oral & Written communication skills with strong command in MS Excel & MS Word.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and work order dates.
∎ Ability to remain, objective and professional in challenging situations.
∎ Ability to work in fast paced work environment both independently and in a group.
