∎ Job Location: BRAC University
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining official communication with key internal and external stakeholders, including BBS academic administrators, faculty members, international university partner(s), regulators, industry partners, and potential executive education providers
∎ Conducting surveys, focus groups and other data collection activities among key industry players and prospective learners regarding the strategic planning for the executive education and industry outreach
∎ Planning, designing and executing, in collaboration with key stakeholders, executive educational and industry outreach programs as deemed appropriate from BBS strategic plan and evidence gathering activities
∎ Establishing detailed systems and procedures for the management of executive education and industry outreach programs
∎ Maintaining adequate documentation (including minutes of meetings and maintaining records per delivered programs)
∎ Supporting the Dean of BBS and/or any other senior academic administrator responsible for the success of programs, or any other academic, as recommended by theme
Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 5 years of mid-level managerial experience in a leading business organization
∎ Knowledge of and experience with executive education, industry-academia collaborations, and public relations activities
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bangla
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and the use of Internet
∎ Excellent organizational skills
∎ Experience of using initiative and creativity to resolve problems, identifying suitable solutions and opportunities for improvement
∎ Methodical approach to work and high level of attention to detail
∎ Flexible approach to work and positive response to changing requirements
∎ Understanding of the importance of confidentiality
∎ Ability to work collaboratively across departments and service areas
