  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensuring that all food preparation and handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.

  • Collaboration: Working closely with other kitchen staff, servers, and restaurant management to ensure smooth operations.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Must be expert in Thai & international food item preparation.

  • Kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking and cleanup.

  • Ensure all tasks in food preparation are carried out efficiently and effectively.

  • Make sure about clean and sanitary kitchen to ensure food safety and hygiene.

  • Perform any other tasks as assigned By Executive Chef.
