At least 15 years’ experience is required in the department of examination and administration.
Strong analytical and communication skills, IT proficiency and problem solving skills are required.
Responsibilities & Context:
Atish Dipankar University of Science and Technology (ADUST) is looking for an experienced and dedicated Controller of Examinations.
Ensure policies of the UGC relating to examination and other matters.
Ensure strict security measures for handling confidential materials, including question papers.
Supervise logistical arrangements, such as seat plans, invigilator allocation, and examination centers.
Monitor a fair, malpractice-free examination process, including the collection and coding of answer scripts.
Oversee tabulation, validation, and timely publication of results, along with issuing mark sheets and certificates.
Facilitate online examinations and digital evaluation systems, where applicable.
Investigate and resolve cases of misconduct or student grievances related to examinations and results.
Prepare a total requirement (budget) for conducting all examination during an academic year.
