In this role, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for a variety of content creation and graphic design tasks. We are seeking a creative individual with a strong background in graphic design and social media experience, particularly proficient in Canva.
∎ **Key Responsibilities:**
∎ - Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and execute content strategies.
∎ - Create engaging and visually appealing graphics for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
∎ - Develop and maintain a consistent brand image across all content and communications.
∎ - Design promotional materials, advertisements, and multimedia content to support marketing campaigns.
∎ - Manage and update social media accounts with relevant, high-quality content.
∎ - Monitor and analyze content performance, adjusting strategies to improve engagement and reach.
∎ - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into content creation.
∎ **Requirements:**
∎ - Proven experience in graphic design and content creation.
∎ - Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design tools.
∎ - Strong social media management skills.
∎ - Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
∎ - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
∎ - Educational qualification: SSC/O Level (English version or medium preferred but not essential).
