Job Responsibilities:
∎ Produce clear, concise, and engaging written content that is tailored to the target audience.
∎ Write original articles, blog posts, website content, product descriptions, social media posts, email newsletters, and other content types.
∎ Conduct thorough research to gather information and data necessary for creating accurate and informative content.
∎ Ensure that content is factually correct and up-to-date.
∎ Incorporate search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to improve content visibility and rankings on search engines.
∎ Utilize relevant keywords, meta descriptions, and other SEO techniques.
∎ Review and edit content to correct errors in grammar, punctuation, and style.
∎ Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand voice.
∎ Work with content strategists and managers to develop content calendars and plans.
∎ Generate content ideas and contribute to content strategy development.
∎ Create content that resonates with the target audience and encourages interaction, shares, and comments.
∎ Incorporate storytelling techniques and persuasive language when needed.
∎ Collaborate with graphic designers, video producers, and other team members to create multimedia content.
∎ Coordinate with subject matter experts for accurate and specialized content.
∎ Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in brand messaging across all content.
∎ Use analytics tools to track content performance and adjust content strategies accordingly.
∎ Provide reports on content metrics and make recommendations for improvement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Proven experience as a Content Writer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples.
∎ Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
∎ Capability in both Bangla & English Language. In other languages will be an advantage.
∎ Proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.
∎ Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
∎ Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize information from various sources.
∎ Excellent time management and organizational skills.
∎ Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
∎ Knowledge of content marketing strategies and tactics.
∎ Understanding of different content formats (e.g., long-form articles, infographics, videos).
∎ Familiarity with social media platforms and content promotion techniques.
∎ Adaptability to different writing styles and industries.
