Bijoy Bangla, Chatbot, ChatGPT, grammarly, Live Chat, Microsoft Office Applications, Microsoft PowerPoint, Must have good typing speed (Both Bangla English)., typing skill in English and Bangla
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Newspaper/Magazine, Online Newspaper/ News Portal, Real Estate, Web Media/Blog
Job Context:
∎ Applicants are invited for the position of Content Planner cum Scriptwriter for the Marketing & Branding Department.
∎ Minimum 01 year of work experience in Real Estate Industry or Group of Companies.
∎ Candidate must be a non-smoker.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform In-depth Research on Customers (Needs, personas, pain points etc.) and plan content accordingly.
∎ Perform In-depth Research on Competitors and Relevant Content
∎ Perform extensive research on current market trends, best practices, etc. related to videography and plan content accordingly.
∎ Work closely with videographer to plan effective and captivating content plans
∎ Strategize content categories/ sub-categories and plan content effectively according to those categories.
∎ Ensure continuous content production throughout the year (At least 1 every day). Create a content calendar to organize this plan.
∎ Ensure contents are appropriate to our industry, are informative, answer FAQs or resolve relevant pain points
∎ Ensure the content's quality, tone, style, voice, etc. is aligned with our brand guidelines, business strategy, and company culture.
∎ Continuously upload, monitor, and manage (reply to comments, remove spam, etc.) the final content to our various social channels
∎ Exude best practices so that the uploaded content reaches maximum and appropriate audiences.
∎ Analyzing Content ROI/ Stats to continuously revise and improve our content strategy.
∎ Have a good grasp and extensive knowledge of both Bangla and English Language and be able to create scripts in both languages (with correct grammar, tones etc.)
∎ Brainstorm on the video content, and create storyboards.
∎ Write unique and catchy scripts for videos.
∎ Ensure that the script is original.
∎ Revise and Rewrite scripts to get the best results
∎ Write scripts for various types of video content (e.g. interviews, project progress, informative videos etc.)
∎ Ensure that the script is aligned with our brand guidelines, business strategy, and company culture.
∎ Ensure video shots/ clips are aligned with the script. Assist with the videos shots according to the scripts if necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
∎ Candidate must be a non-smoker.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
