Job Context:
∎ We`re looking for 3 Content Leads (Content Managers) to operate 3 different content teams. You will Lead a content team and be responsible for the overall content production of a web project. For example, if you`re given a list of keywords, you`ll be responsible to make them come to live within the deadline ensuring our quality standards.
∎ You`ll collaborate closely with the Content Writers, Visual Content Strategists, Drafter, Dev team and SEO Lead to craft SEO-friendly content at scale.
∎ Location: Remote
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Content Manager: Manage your team and content production. Take charge of the overall content production process for a dedicated web project, ensuring all content meets established deadlines and quality standards.
∎ Strategize and Plan: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely production and publication.
∎ Craft Content Briefs: Prepare comprehensive content briefs to guide writers and visual strategists in creating content.
∎ Task Assignment: Distribute tasks among content writers and visual content strategists, ensuring a balanced workload and adherence to the content calendar.
∎ Collaborate: Work closely with Content Writers, Visual Content Strategists, Drafter, Dev Team, and SEO Lead to produce SEO-optimized content that aligns with our brand and audience needs.
∎ Quality Control: Review submitted content for quality. Make the necessary adjustments and refinements to ensure they meet our quality standards and objectives (including checks for plagiarism and AI).
∎ Revisions Management: Provide constructive feedback to the team and request revisions.
∎ SEO Integration: Collaborate with the SEO Lead to ensure all content is optimized for search engines and aligns with the latest SEO best practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Exceptional proficiency in English is required to write and proofread content for grammar, punctuation, and to maintain a consistent voice and tone.
∎ Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Content Manager/Content Writer. (proof should be presented).
∎ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Leadership skills. Ability to manage a team efficiently and get things done without any excuse.
∎ Access to a laptop/computer with a high-speed reliable internet connection.
∎ Effective communication and collaboration skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote, fast-paced environment.
∎ Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and Skype for collaboration and documentation.
∎ Proven experience in content creation, strategy, or a similar leadership role.
∎ Familiarity with search engine optimization techniques to ensure content ranks well in search results.
∎ Experience with platforms like WordPress, Trello, Slack
