Responsibilities & Context:
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and brand-focused Female Content Creator with 1-3 years of professional experience to manage our social media presence and drive engagement. The ideal candidate is an "expert" in social media activities, confident on-camera, and capable of creating, editing, and publishing high-quality short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) and graphic content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging multimedia content, including Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and high-quality photo/graphic content.
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) to increase brand awareness and engagement.
On-Camera Presence: Confidently appear on-camera to represent the brand for live sessions, product demos, or storytelling.
Trend Savvy: Stay updated with, and implement, the latest digital trends, audio trends, and viral formats.
Copywriting: Write compelling, on-brand captions, scripts, and ad copy (both Bangla and English).
Community Management: Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro/Photoshop), and smartphone editing apps.
Platforms: Deep knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram/TikTok algorithms, and community management.
Creative Mindset: Strong storytelling ability and the capacity to turn concepts into visual stories.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous work, particularly in short-form video, is mandatory.
