∎ JSC/JDC/8 pass, Secondary
∎ Diploma or certification in Computer Engineering or a relevant field is a plus.

∎ Strong knowledge of computer components (e.g., processors, motherboards, GPUs, RAM, storage).
∎ Familiarity with operating systems installation (e.g., Windows, Linux).
∎ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues efficiently
∎ Good communication skills for interacting with team members, suppliers, and customers.
∎ Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Help build and set up custom computers
∎ Learn to find and fix common hardware and software problems
∎ Assist with keeping track of computer parts in our inventory
∎ Get trained on using our inventory tools and software
∎ Watch and support quality checks to make sure everything works right
∎ Test computers after assembly to make sure they run smoothly
∎ Give basic suggestions to customers about parts or upgrades
∎ Keep your workspace neat and tidy
∎ Work with our sales and support team to get things done on time
∎ Stay curious and keep learning about new computer hardware
