Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deliver desktops, laptops, accessories, and other IT products to customers safely and on time.
∎ Install and set up computers, printers, and related hardware at the client’s location.
∎ Perform basic troubleshooting, OS installation, and software configuration as required.
∎ Assemble and disassemble desktop PCs and peripherals when needed.
∎ Ensure all delivered items match the invoice and are in good condition.
∎ Provide customers with basic usage guidance and address common technical queries.
∎ Maintain delivery logs, service records, and customer feedback reports.
∎ Report technical issues and delivery challenges to the supervisor promptly.
∎ Follow company policies for service quality, product handling, and customer communication.
∎ Coordinate with the sales and service team for smooth order processing and after-sales support.
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Computer Technician cum Delivery Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering computer-related products to customers and performing installation, setup, and basic troubleshooting services on-site. This role requires both physical readiness for delivery and sound knowledge of computer hardware and software. Candidates with prior experience in IT servicing and product delivery will be preferred.
