Additional Requirements:
- Age 20 to 35 years
At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
Freshers with strong Photoshop & Illustrator skills are also encouraged to apply.
Must have good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Internet browsing.
Should be punctual, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare and manage office documents and travel-related forms.
- Handle image and layout design using Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Maintain daily data entry and digital filing.
- Operate office equipment such as printers and scanners efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments for document preparation and updates.
- Provide necessary support in visa & travel service documentation.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks.
