Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Continuously observe hospital computer systems, networks, and servers for optimal performance, identifying and reporting any anomalies, errors, or slowdowns.
∎ Accurately input and update patient information, medical records, laboratory results, billing data, and other critical hospital data into various systems (e.g., Hospital Information System (HIS), Electronic Health Records (EHR)).
∎ Generate various reports as requested by different departments, including patient statistics, operational summaries, billing reports, and inventory reports, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
