Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

Experience

• 2 to 4 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store

Additional Requirements

• Age At least 25 years

• Must have strong proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel, including data analysis tools, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting.

• Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.

• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Maintain and update daily production sheets, reports, and records.

• Ensure all data is properly filed and stored for audit and production reference.

• Fast and accurate typing in Bangla (Bijoy) and English (35-40 WPM).

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator is a bonus.

Storage Productivity & Space Utilization:

• Products/cartoon must be stored/Racked as per Bin Card/Shelving through excel shelf declaration.

• Management Empty cartoon, CS goods, uniform, leftover & necessary item to be kept in isolated area (Warehouse).

Inventory Turnover & Inventory to Sales Ratio:

• Ensure physical inventory at every month with zero error.

• Ensure proper inventory of courier return goods/parcels and Issue debit notes to courier and recover damage & loss.

Goods Synchronization:

• Collect outlet synchronization goods and ensure delivery.

• Cross check outlet wise product requirement, pull & receive.

Dynamic Report:

• Reject goods collect from outlet as per schedule & ensure Dismissal Management & Loss as per Process/SOP (Warehouse).

• Share Month closing report with Group Inventory department.

Reconciliation:

• Reconciliation Finished Goods receive Quantity (Goods Receive Note) vs delivery Quantity.

• Reconciliation All pending challan (Warehouse to Outlet & Outlet to Warehouse).

SOP & Budget Optimization:

• SOP Development & review for smooth & controlled Operation for Warehouse.

• Budget Oriented & Focus on optimization in every aspect (Product to People).
