কম্পিউটার ও আইটি-সংশ্লিষ্ট দক্ষতা:

• বাংলা ও ইংরেজি টাইপিং-এ দক্ষতা (সর্বনিম্ন গতি: বাংলা 25 WPM, ইংরেজি 30 WPM)।
• ছবি থেকে ছবি তৈরি, অনলাইন ফরম পূরণ, ভর্তি আবেদন, চাকরির আবেদন ইত্যাদি করতে সক্ষম।
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)-এ পারদর্শিতা।
• Windows এবং প্রয়োজনীয় Software ইনস্টল করতে সক্ষম।
• ইন্টারনেট ব্রাউজিং, মেইল ব্যবহার, অনলাইন বিজ্ঞাপন (Ad Posting) দিতে পারদর্শী।

ডিজিটাল স্কিলস:

• ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং (Facebook Boosting, SEO, Social Media Handling) সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান।

গ্রাহকসেবা ও যোগাযোগ:

• কাস্টমার সার্ভিসে আন্তরিক মনোভাব, পরিষ্কার ও আত্মবিশ্বাসী কমিউনিকেশন স্কিল থাকতে হবে।
• গ্রাহকদের তথ্য প্রদান, সমস্যা বুঝে দ্রুত সমাধান দিতে সক্ষম হতে হবে।

প্রযুক্তিগত জ্ঞান:

• ল্যাপটপ ও ডেস্কটপ কম্পিউটার সংক্রান্ত প্রাথমিক সমস্যা শনাক্ত করে সমাধানে সক্ষম।
• প্রিন্টার, স্ক্যানার ইত্যাদি অফিস ডিভাইস ব্যবহারে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।

ব্যক্তিগত গুণাবলি:

• স্মার্ট, ভদ্র, পরিশ্রমী ও সৎ হতে হবে।
• নিজ উদ্যোগে কাজ করতে পারদর্শী, দায়িত্বশীল এবং সময়নিষ্ঠ।
