Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage the total quality of the UK University Admission Process.
∎ -Responsible for new file need to Approval and Verification.
∎ You must have up-to-date UKVI tier-4 information to help your colleagues and students.
∎ Make sure the interview process is well maintained without any delay and submit to the top management.
∎ Smooth dealing CRM lead and application management system, telephone and email for prospective student's enquiries, their parents, teachers and advisers independently and timely in a professional manner. Keeping records, follow-up and update CRM Management leads and application status, create and regular follow-up the day to day task, help clients to complete their admission and update institutes Spec sheet by using reporting tools where necessary.
∎ Check regularly Employee daily log books (like-Emspro, Task, leads, Application, payment, Due Diligence Book) and liaise with the colleague(s) if there is any irregularity. Check frequently progress of the tasks given to colleagues, and to assist and ensure weekly, monthly and intake targets are achieved.
∎ To ensure your assigned region maintained the proper KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for daily, weekly, monthly and intake basis leads to the conversation which ensures your personal and assigned region will fulfil the target daily, weekly, monthly and intake based.
∎ To ensure that you are gathering course, fees structure, partner institutes list, intake deadline, Entry requirements for upcoming intake and have adequate knowledge of the courses, fees, entry requirements, scholarships offered by AH&Z's partner institutions.
∎ To carry-out the applicants' genuine intention checks in terms of Academic, English and financial ability and bank statements as per the relevant immigration laws i.e. tier-4 student guideline for the United Kingdom. Process incoming applications for all foundation, diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes, checking qualifications, Eligibility of the applicants, follow institutes application processing systems, forward it to the respective institutes follow standard presentation, helping admission officer to make quick and transparent offer with the validity of application decisions and authenticity of its results with the aim of 100% accuracy.
∎ You and your assigned region will be required to carry-out admissions process & career counselling, application process, admissions interview, ensure that the applicant makes payment to the relevant University immediately following an unconditional offer to maintain industry & AH&Z conversation rate.
∎ All relevant documents and information like- Academic Documents, Personal statement, offer letter, Bank statement, CAS statement, Check and verify (if required) the fees, description, intake and classification of applicants and take confirmation email from the applicant.
∎ Ensure that correct procedure is followed when dealing with fraudulent applications, applicants with criminal convictions and under-age applicants and make sure that correct procedure is followed when dealing with students requiring visas in accordance with the updated rule and regulation.
∎ Liaise regularly with both students and institutes admission staff. Accepting without bias the issues raised by clients or University admissions officers.
∎ Compliance Management Plan:
∎ As a Student Recruitment and Compliance officer, your assigned branch or you must be aware of all possible issues in terms of the genuine student recruitment process.
∎ You should have tracking record of all the genuine students who came to make for an initial assessment to paid deposits to the University and you should provide 100 percent accurate service and support to the student. Student Management should be constant in contact and should take all the measures in place until students secured the visa and enrolled.
∎ Interview
∎ You should ensure from the initial Interview preparation stage to the final stage of the application, Student Management should take 100% measures. As this is very serious and sensitive issues, if require the Branch Manager, Area Manager and Compliance Manager also should engage to succeed genuine student's applicaiton.

: We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our busy and vibrant Compliance Team. You will play an important role in coordinating and supporting all aspects of the student credible interview and student recruitment process including making decisions on student credible interview genuine test, counselling to the application process with UK Universities and delivering first class customer service to our applicants. You will also support the conversion of our applicants, delivering service which ensures a seamless transition from applicant to enrolled student. You will have relevant work experience in a busy customer service environment, and must also demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills. We are seeking candidates who have the ability to use their initiative, to do own research for each applicant, career counselling like-academic mentor, Understand and guidance on applications for UK Tier 4 student visas, priorities workloads, self-motivated, able to research about University USP, course research and work effectively without supervision. We are looking for team members with excellent interpersonal, administrative and IT skills, including experience of multi-user databases and spreadsheets. Previous experience of UK Education especially within a Compliance, counselling and Admissions setting, would be an advantage but not essential.
