  • Project management from inception to completion, including planning, budgeting, execution, and evaluation

  • Experience developing and executing strategic communication plans that align with business objectives.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues, partners, and external stakeholders.

  • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives

  • Resilience under pressure and against deadlines

  • Excellent psychometric skills

Responsibilities & Context:
  • BYSL Global Technology Group, a next-generation technology conglomerate, is looking for a dynamic, and resourceful candidate for the position of Manager, Communications. The position requires an experienced individual with high proficiency in English and a good understanding of digital marketing. He will be responsible for all the internal and external communications on behalf of the organization to ensure consistency and accuracy of messages and manage public relations of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives

  • Manage and lead the Communications Department and provide guidance to team members

  • Oversee the creation and distribution of all internal and external communications materials, including social media content, website content, and other marketing collateral

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality written and visual content for various digital platforms of multiple brands and platforms such as websites, social media, email marketing, press releases, and other marketing materials

  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and materials, maintaining a strong corporate identity

  • Act as the primary point of contact for media relations, handling media inquiries and managing marketing communications when necessary

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams (such as marketing, sales, and product development), to develop and refine messaging that effectively communicates the organization`s vision, values, key initiatives and ensure that communication efforts are aligned with business goals.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for innovative communication strategies and tactics

  • Track and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging communication technologies and trends, recommending and implementing new tools or platforms as appropriate

  • Monitor industry trends and news to identify potential opportunities or threats to the organization`s reputation or business objectives

  • Develop an agile, high-performing team capable of executing result-bearing campaigns

  • Select and manage efficient and effective communication tools, channels, media, and execution partners

  • Plan, design, and execute segmented and targeted communication campaigns for corporate brand
