Job Context:

∎ Shikhbe Shobai is looking for an experienced Communication Officers who can provide proper counselling and motivation to people who are interested to change their career path to IT Sector and Freelancing. Communication Officers have to generate new ideas to promote brand and increase target people interest.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide counselling and motivate target audience over the phone or in person. Must have good and clear pronunciation in both Bangla and English. (Please do not apply if you don't have it)
∎ Generate target audience leads from Social media.
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly report to team leader.
∎ Meet daily calling and counseling target.
∎ Meet weekly and monthly admission target.
∎ Prepare good presentation for the target audience and team.
∎ Communicate the target audience through Social Media.
∎ Develop, support and promote company goals, including message development, social media content creation, and media outreach.
∎ Work closely with leaders and executives to develop and strengthen employee engagement activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge and Freelancing Marketplaces
∎ Skilled at using Google Doc, Sheet, Powerpoint and corresponding in email
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
