Responsibilities & Context:
- Prepare Commercial documents for Import & Export operation.
- Individual Operation of L/C, Banking and documentation.
- EXP, BL, LCA, LC Amendment operations.
- Operations regarding HS code, Customs Act, Import Policy, Export Policy, Bond formalities and other related laws applicable for Import & Export.
- Operations of Bank rules regarding L/C, TT, and FDD & follow up.
- Maintain all correspondence & Communication to the Customs, Bank and C&F verbally & through E-mail.
- Maintain hard copy register for commercial responsibilities.
- Prepare necessary statement and report in line with the management's requirement.
- Able to any other work assigned by Management.
