Job Responsibilities:
∎ To run total Commercial job-related activities with Bank, BGMEA and EPB. Customs Bond regularity.
∎ Manage, control and provide guidance to commercial officers, executive and team management as well.
∎ Have the ability to work independently with self-driven and result oriented under pressure.
∎ Have the ability and willingness to move with purpose and a strong sense of urgency.
∎ Have the ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects.
∎ Have the ability to work within strict time frames and resolute deadlines.
∎ Managing Bank Payment procedure as per Finance Department instruction.
∎ Cycle count and report to the concern, & variance analysis of receiving and delivery.
∎ Organize placement of goods, resource & ready to deliver maintaining 100% accuracy.
∎ Prepare daily and weekly report of receive and delivery with all kinds of variance and submit it to the concern.
∎ Maintaining central Data base against Export, Import and Payment realization to face yearly customs, bank and Intercompany audit. Have a good control in maintaining In Bond and out Bond raw materials balance with Bond Customs and Ware house.
∎ Negotiating with customers to reduce credit terms. At the same time communicate with Customers Bank to get payment on time. Submitting collected documents to bank as per L/C Declared terms.
∎ Ensuring all type of sample, short delivery and wrong goods delivery after receipt of customer's claim in legal way.
∎ Co-ordinate with Govt. Officials, CNF Agents, BGMEA, Banks, Freight Forwarders etc. for smooth and timely operation of commercial department against Foreign Export.
∎ Efficiently and correctly handling all export and import documentation's
∎ Liaison with concerned authorities to ensure all types of certificates such as IRC, ERC, EPB, BGMEA, Bank membership etc including renewal.
∎ Liaise with Lien bank and other local banks in different banking issues. Reporting to the lien bank (for onward submission to central bank) for all export proceed realization and responding to different queries from them.
∎ Assure import regulations in regards to safe receipt of the cargo and custom clearance.
∎ Developing various categories of L/C and S/C to execute Local and Foreign Export in a good manner as per customers demand.
∎ Demand & cost analysis to ensure cost-effective logistics solutions. Arranging logistic support to facilitate timely delivery of products as per customers demand.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 05 (five) years of experience is expected to perform this type of job.
∎ Sound Knowledge of Bonded Warehouse Management systems and Process.
∎ Experience in operating with ERP.
∎ Knowledge & skill of operating computer is essential.
∎ Skill of supervising & interpersonal skill is required.
∎ Fluency in Spanish/ English is essential.
