∎ Honours from any public /renowned private university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure documentation of bill, vouchers & inventories & L/C related activities.
∎ Assist engineering & purchase team by giving their payment timely & collect vouchers accurately
∎ Maintain banking correspondence of about bank guarantee , tender security ,pay order etc.
∎ Collect vat and tax challan copy from our multinational and government owned clients
∎ Eastablish and monitoring of tax and vat related activities with NBR
∎ Prepare bill /invoice and maintain daily vouchers, ledger book & account related activities
∎ Prepare documents for yearly financial and audit report
∎ Prepare receivable ,payable and inventories
∎ Processing & Collect bill from our govt. clients in timely by own administrative capacity
∎ Assist engineering team for preparation of tender submission
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Managing Director time to time as when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Shall be positive minded & self motivated and hard working
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skill both in Bangla & English.
∎ Computer skills: MS Excel, Auto Cad, etc.
∎ Flexible and willing to work under pressure.
∎ Traveling to outside of Dhaka if required
∎ Providing report to Managing Director time to time.
Salary:
∎ 15000-22000/ Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Insurance
∎ 1 Performance bonus (YEARLY)
∎ 2 Festival Bonus:
∎ Group insurance
∎ Tour allowance for traveling to outside of Dhaka
