Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Face-to-Face Customer Support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving Packages from line haul,
∎ Keep track and maintain through system,
∎ Deliver to the customer once they arrived to collect it.
∎ Deal with customers diligently, courteously and professionally while collecting payments.
∎ Initiate strategies for collection processes and procedures.
∎ Respond to customer inquiries.
∎ Advise customers on alternative payment plans.
∎ Retain customer loyalty while initiating processes for collection of payments.
∎ Maintain and update record of customers from whom collections are made
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 6 months experiences in relevant field, Fresher's are also encourage to apply.
∎ Proficient in MS Office, Specially in MS Excel and Word.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Smart and Energetic.
Salary: Tk. 11000 - 12000 (Monthly)
