• Hon`s or masters in fashion designing/graphic design from reputed design institute.

• Expertise in CLO 3D Software & Garment Tech is must.
• Experience in digital product development or virtual sampling.
• Ability to create original, on-brand artwork designs.
• Working-level proficiency in using Graphic Design Software & industry-specific design tools is a must (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CAD)
• Should have a Garment/Fashion Technology background with an innovative mindset.
• Clear attention to detail and understanding of garment constructions.
• Ability to work independently, but also a team player and collaborator.
• Work experience with BESTSELLER will be a plus.
• Candidate should be creative with good design ideas.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and fit.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of fabric behavior and how it translates in CLO 3D.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and creative CLO 3D Designer to join our design and product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating realistic 3D garment simulations using CLO 3D software to support the design, prototyping, and presentation process. This role plays a key part in speeding up development timelines, improving accuracy, and enhancing communication with buyers and production teams.

Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 3D garment visualizations using CLO 3D, based on tech packs, sketches, or existing patterns.
• Collaborate closely with fashion designers, product developers, and technical teams to ensure accurate design translation and garment fit.
• Develop digital prototypes for internal presentations, buyer approvals, and digital showrooms.
• Make adjustments and iterations in real-time based on design feedback or buyer comments.
• Ensure high fidelity in fabric simulation, textures, trims, and construction detailing.
• Create avatars, animations, and virtual try-ons to bring concepts to life.
• Support the team in digitizing products and integrating 3D into the product development workflow.
• Stay up to date with 3D design trends, new software features, and digital sampling practices.
